1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us directly and we’ll guide you through the process.
